At Grisha Home (a brand of Crosmo International Pvt. Ltd.), we take great pride in our manufacturing process. Every item—from our bedsheets to our cushion covers and table runners—is produced and packed directly at our facility in Panipat to ensure the highest quality standards.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer reliable shipping services across India. We partner with reputed logistics providers to ensure your home furnishing products reach you safely and on time.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

As a direct manufacturer, we perform a final quality check before packing your order under the Grisha Home Furnishing label.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In the event of high order volumes, a slight delay of 1-2 days may occur. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the products.

Standard Delivery Timeline:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

NCR & Haryana: 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or extreme weather conditions.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our Panipat factory, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Secure Packaging & Damage Prevention
To prevent any damage during transit, we use high-grade, tamper-evident packaging.

Important: If you receive a package that appears to be opened, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at grisha@crosmo.in.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Grisha Home is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your address, landmark, and contact number are accurate during checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Grisha Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if applicable outside of standard GST). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
