Grisha Home Return & Replacement Policy

At Grisha Home, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

You may raise a complaint if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or has manufacturing issues

  • The item is different from what you ordered

  • Any part or accessory is missing from the package

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please provide the required evidence as mentioned below.


What You Need to Provide

1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
A clear, continuous video showing the package being opened for the first time.
The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed outer packaging before opening

  • The shipping label on the package

  • The condition of the product inside

⚠️ Note: Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement request.

2. Photographs (3–4 clear images)
Please include:

  • Close-up photos of the product issue (damage/defect)

  • Photo of the outer packaging with the shipping label visible

  • Any additional photos that help clearly show the product’s condition upon receipt


How to Submit Your Complaint

Once we receive the complete evidence, our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
