At Grisha Home, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase!
Each product is carefully packed with love and care to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
(A) In Case of Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is:

Damaged, defective, or has manufacturing issues

Different from what you ordered

Missing any item or accessory
Please email us at care@grishahome.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with the following:
What You Must Provide
1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
A clear, continuous video showing:

The sealed package being opened for the first time

The outer packaging and shipping label
-
The product and its condition inside
⚠️ Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement request.
2. Photographs (3–4 clear images)
Please include:

Close-up photos showing the damage or defect
-
Image of the outer packaging with the shipping label

Any other photos that clearly show the product’s received condition
You can email these to care@grishahome.com or place a return request on our website within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will review your request and resolve it promptly.
(B) Exchange & Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not fit your home as expected. If you’d like to return it, please note:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Returns are valid within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Pickup and delivery charges for exchanged items will apply as per our standard shipping policy.

For partial returns, please hand over only the items being returned to the pickup agent.

Returns are accepted only when initiated using your Order ID and registered email ID/phone number.

Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or as freebies are not eligible for return.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.

The product is returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.

The return request is initiated after 7 business days of delivery.

The product falls under non-returnable categories, such as:

Comforters under the Home category

(C) Refund Policy
1. Refund After Return

Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive a refund link on your registered email or phone number. Please complete the details for faster processing.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for unshipped or cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation confirmation.
(D) Order Cancellations
(D-1) Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched or within 8 hours of placing it, please respond to the WhatsApp confirmation or contact us.
Once confirmed, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment source.
(D-2) After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered:

You may also refuse delivery at your doorstep.
Once the order is returned to us, we will initiate the refund within 3–7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
